Dynamic Warmup for Runners : High Knee Stretching

This is a great way to stretch out your glutes before a run. It’s important to concentrate on your posture, though as the video explains, you can tweak this warmup slightly to target different areas of the muscle. Do 10 reps of each leg; 2-3 sets total.
